Calendar of Events

Please read the information about deadlines. Here we also list a tentative daily schedule of events.

Deadlines

  • Application deadline
  • 30 days prior to the start of any residency
  • Fellowship deadline
    December 1, 2011  EXTENDED UNTIL December 10th, 2011.
    Complete applications for residency with fellowships should be e-mailed or postmarked no later than December 10th, 2011.  Please send via e-mail your letter of intent as part of the fellowship application. Applications without fellowship requests are accepted at any time up to 30 days prior to the start of the session and will be reviewed on a first-come basis.
  • Complete application
    Only complete applications will be considered.
  •  Part 1: Application Form
  •  Part 2:  Letter of Intent:  (Tell us what you expect to accomplish during your retreat) Send your letter of intent now.

Application review

  • Fellowship Application Review
    Your fellowship application will be reviewed as soon as it is received and you will receive notification within one week of receipt of your application.
  • Participation Confirmation
    To confirm participation, a $100 deposit is required.  The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of your residency.

Residency

  • Week in residence
    Your residency or retreat begins on a Monday and ends on the following Sunday. Visit the Residence page for more info.
